With a fast-growing catalogue of seafood, ASMAKFISH set out to find new suppliers and enter the Italian market. But its online presence fell short: no site built for an international audience, no way to deal with foreign partners, and a loosely defined brand image. The result: missed opportunities, awkward communication with the outside world and an offer that stayed underused.
